2023 Chevrolet Tahoe Interior Features

Here’s a breakdown of the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe, including its trim levels, comfort and convenience features, spaciousness, and entertainment systems:

Trim Levels

The 2023 Chevy Tahoe is available in six trim levels: the entry-level LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier, and High Country. Each of these trims has its own unique combination of interior, exterior, and performance features. Prices also increase across trim levels, with higher-priced vehicles offering more features and strength and packages available across all trims, giving buyers the ability to customize their vehicles even more.

Seating

The 2023 Tahoe comes with ample seating room for multiple passengers across all its trims. The LS, LT, RST, and Z71 trims come standard with seating for eight people in total. In comparison, the Premier and High Country models have seating for seven people, with the second row having two captain’s chairs as opposed to a standard seating row.

Cargo Space

The 2023 Tahoe has plenty of cargo space, making it an ideal SUV for those looking to transport items. With all three rows upright, the Tahoe has a cargo space of 25.5 cubic feet, increasing to 72.6 cubic feet with the second row folded down. With both the second and third rows folded down, the Tahoe’s interior cargo space increases drastically, with a total cargo volume of 122.9 cubic feet.

Interior Styling

All models of the 2023 Tahoe come standard with carpeted floor covering and floor mats, along with driver and front passenger visors and illuminated mirrors. Other standard interior design includes Premium cloth seat trim in Jet Black or Gideon/Very Dark Atmosphere, with perforated leather seats available for higher trims in Jet Black and Jet Black/Mocha.

Comfort and Convenience

Some of the standard comfort and convenience features on the 2023 Tahoe include cruise control, front bucket seats, interior lighting, keyless open, rear air conditioning, and tri-zone automatic climate control. Other amenities include USB data ports for front and rear passengers, a wrapped steering wheel, and a Cargo Management System. Steering-wheel mounted controls make it easy to adjust the audio or change settings without taking your eyes off the road.

Entertainment System

The 2023 Tahoe comes standard with a 4.2-inch diagonal color Driver Information Center paired with a six-speaker audio system. It also features the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 System with an 8-inch diagonal color touchscreen. The Tahoe is also Wi-Fi hotspot capable, has wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities, includes Bluetooth, and comes with a free 3-month trial subscription for SiriusXM.

Safety Features

Safety is one of the most important factors people consider when purchasing a new car, and the new Tahoe comes equipped with plenty of standard safety and security features. These include automatic emergency braking, Chevy Safety Assist, forward collision alert, front and rear park assist, an HD rear vision camera and lane keep assist.

Also standard are OnStar and Chevrolet Connected Services, remote start, power locks and windows, a rear seat reminder, and an electrical theft-deterrent system. The Buckle to Drive feature prevents the driver from shifting the vehicle out of park before they fasten their seat belt, encouraging seat belt use.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe Additional Features

Here are some additional features you can find on the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe:

Exterior Styling

The entry-level LS trim is available in nine exterior paint colors: Auburn Metallic, Dark Ash Metallic, Silver Sage Metallic, Summit White, Black, Empire Beige Metallic, Midnight Blue Metallic, Sterling Gray Metallic, and Radiant Red Tintcoat. Exterior features on the 2023 Tahoe include 18-inch all-season blackwall tires, 18-inch Bright Silver painted aluminum wheels, acoustic laminated glass, and black assist steps. Also included are power outside mirrors, deep-tinted glass, LED head and taillamps, LED Daytime Running Lamps, and Rainsense automatic wipers.

Engine Power

The Tahoe is available with three different engines. The standard LS comes with a 5.3-liter V-8 engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, which can generate up to 355 horsepower. Other engine options include a 3.0-liter Duramax Turbo Diesel six-cylinder engine and a 6.2-liter V-8 engine. The 6.2-liter engine can produce an impressive 420 horsepower, while the diesel engine can kick up a powerful 460 pound-feet of torque.

Performance

Buyers can choose from two or four-wheel-drive options when purchasing the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. The four-wheel-drive LS has an EPA-estimated fuel economy of 15 miles per gallon in the city and 20 on the highway, making for a combined fuel economy of 17 miles per gallon. The Tahoe also comes standard with various features that amplify its performance, including Premium Smooth Ride suspension, the StabiliTrak electronic stability control system, trailer sway control, and trailering equipment.

With such an impressive array of interior and tech features, it’s no wonder why the Chevrolet Tahoe is one of the most popular SUVs on the market, and the 2023 model is no different. Whether you’re looking for a vehicle with ample technology capabilities, interior comforts, or extensive cargo space, the 2023 Tahoe has you covered.
